These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ACE OPTI, Rok Petrina s.p. services, website pages, registration forms, and communications. By submitting information through our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

Program Name and Description

The SMS program is operated by ACE OPTI, Rok Petrina s.p. The ACE OPTI SMS Program may send messages related to sales funnel inquiries, booking reminders, lead nurture, appointment follow-ups, consultation updates, service information, customer support, and account-related communications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you receive our messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin the ACE OPTI SMS Program after opting out, submit the ACE OPTI registration form, contact us directly, or text START or UNSTOP to the number from which you previously received messages. Once you opt in again, we may resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
